Everything from proper deep tissue, myofascial release to the slower, flowing styles I gathered over the years - Lomi Lomi, Balinese, Ayurvedic. There’s lymphatic drainage too, both manual and the firmer Brazilian method, for when the body feels puffy, heavy or stuck. I don’t work from a fixed routine, I read what the body is doing that day and let the treatment follow, the way the tide follows the moon
